When will I receive my first issue?

Free subscriptions to many of our publications are available to those who meet certain magazine-specific demographic criteria. Only a limited number of free subscriptions are available. In some instances, due to heavy demand, you may not receive your first issue until several months after you submit your completed magazine subscription form. To inquire about the specific status of your subscription request, please contact our customer service department

Why do I have to fill out a new application form just to change my address?

If you change locations, we need to re-verify that your responsibilities at the new location still meet the publisher's requirements for FREE subscriptions. An updated subscription form is required before we can begin your subscription at the new location. Return to top.   

 

Why do I have to fill out a new application form to change the name of the subscriber or the company name?

The subscriber and company name are part of the qualifying information used to determine free subscriptions. When this data changes, we need to update all of the other information before we can send the free subscription to the new subscriber or company. Return to top.   

 

How do I get replacement issues?

To replace missing or damaged issues, please contact our customer service department. At this time, we are unable to send replacement copies for free. Specific issues may be purchased while quantities last. Return to top.   

 

How much do single issues cost?

Pricing for single issues varies magazine-to-magazine. Please contact our customer service department for more information and to place orders for specific magazines. Return to top.   

 

If I cancel my subscription, how long will it take to go into effect?

You should stop receiving copies after one or two issues following your request for cancellation. If you are still receiving issues after you have sent in your cancellation notice, please contact our customer service department directly for assistance. Please be sure to include the name of the publication and all of your mailing label information exactly as it appears in all correspondence. Return to top.
